Permethrin 1% Pour-On is a ready-to-use insecticide for cattle, sheep, and their premises. It kills lice, horn flies, and face flies on beef and dairy cattle, and kills keds and lice on sheep. This versatile product can be applied as a pour-on, back rubber, or ready-to-use spray. Key Features: Kills Multiple Pests – Controls lice, horn flies, face flies, and keds on cattle and sheep. Versatile Application – Can be used as a pour-on, back rubber system, or ready-to-use mist/spot spray. Large Coverage – One gallon treats approximately 25 head of 1,000 lb cattle, or up to 7,300 sq ft as a premise spray. Safe for Lactating & Non-Lactating Cattle – Approved for use on beef cattle, lactating and non-lactating dairy cattle, and calves. No Milk or Slaughter Withdrawal Required – Convenient for regular herd health maintenance. Directions for Use: Cattle/Calves: Apply ½ fl oz per 100 lbs body weight along the back line and down the face, up to a maximum of 5 fl oz per animal. Sheep: Apply ¼ fl oz per 50 lbs body weight along the back line, over the neck, shoulders, and rump, up to 3 fl oz max. Repeat as needed, but not more than once every 14 days. For backrubber use, mix one pint with one gallon of #2 diesel or mineral oil. Important Note: Not approved for sale in California. Not effective for cattle grub control.
