Permethrin 1% Pour-On is a ready-to-use insecticide for cattle, sheep, and their premises that kills lice, horn flies, and face flies on beef and dairy cattle, and controls keds on sheep. This synergized formula (1% permethrin, 1% piperonyl butoxide) requires no dilution and can be applied as a pour-on, ready-to-use spray, or back rubber treatment. Ready to Use – No dilution necessary; apply directly from the container. Versatile Application – Can be used as a pour-on, mist spray, or in a back rubber system (mixed with mineral oil or diesel). Safe for Lactating & Non-Lactating Cattle – Approved for beef cattle, lactating and non-lactating dairy cattle, calves, and sheep. No Milk or Slaughter Withdrawal Required – Convenient for regular herd health maintenance. Directions for Use: Cattle: Apply ½ fl oz per 100 lbs body weight along the back line and down the face, up to a maximum of 5 fl oz per animal. Sheep: Apply ¼ fl oz per 50 lbs body weight along the back line, over the neck, shoulders, and rump, up to 3 fl oz max. Repeat as needed, but not more than once every 14 days. For back rubber use, mix one pint per gallon of #2 diesel or mineral oil.
